RF SYSTEMS DIVISION

 

The ICR series RF Isolation Coupler is designed to isolate coax feed lines mounted on hot AM towers or other structures that require high voltage isolation.  We have models for many different applications including Low Power FM (LPFM) Stations, cellular phone and wireless internet.

 
Take advantage of valuable AM tower space by utilizing our iso-couplers to add additional services to existing AM towers. Iso-couplers isolate paging, cellular and two-way transmission equipment from AM towers while allowing signals from transmission equipment to be coupled to antennas mounted on AM towers. Models are available for any pass through frequency between 88 and 2400 MHz. Pass through power is up to 1 Kw, VSWR is less than 1.1, and voltage isolation is greater than 20 Kv or 50 Kw.

The ICR series iso-couplers have been designed with the engineer in mind. We have incorporated standard type “N” female coax connectors and have designed them to be field replaceable (other style connectors are available upon request). For durability, the brass coupling elements have been sealed in closed cell foam and placed inside a tough ½” thick wall PVC tube.
